The Following Article was originally posted on PRWeb
The Inspherio Team would like to remind you that tomorrow (March 15) is the IRS Tax Deadline for Multi-Member LLCs, Partnerships, C-Corporations, S-Corporations & more.  If you need more time to File, you can e-File a Tax Extension online through our sister product: ExpressExtension

The IRS Tax deadline of March 15 is here for businesses of all kinds. Multi-member LLCs, C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts and Estates will need to file their tax returns by this deadline. If more time is needed to file the tax return, an IRS Tax Extension is the perfect solution. IRS Form 7004 can provide a tax extension of 5 to 6 months for these types of organizations.
The most efficient method of filing this is to e-File the Form 7004 online. No trips to the post office or waiting in long lines. Just a few questions at the IRS authorized http://ExpressExtension.com and it is done. With e-filing, the IRS sends a proof of acceptance for e-filing immediately. http://ExpressExtension.com provides the option to e-file from any computer or smart phone. The mobile version of ExpressExtension is Express7004.com. The team at ExpressExtension are very proud of the fact that this is the first truly mobile application to e-file a Tax Extension.
For Businesses e-filing a Corporate Tax Extension, http://www.Express7004.com will take them directly to the mobile website. Likewise, for individuals needing to e-file a tax extension, http://www.Express4868.com will go directly to the mobile site for ExpressExtension.
ExpressExtension.com offers 3 options:
  • Business Tax Extension - IRS Form 7004 - March 15 Deadline
  • Personal Tax Extension - IRS Form 4868 - April 15 Deadline
  • Non-Profit/Exempt Tax Extension - IRS Form 8868 - May 15 Deadline

To get started E-Filing a tax extension for a business, all that is needed is basic knowledge of the business details and the estimated tax liability. Since an IRS tax extension is an extension of time to file a return and not to actually pay the tax, the IRS will still expect the full tax payment on the traditional deadline. However, the IRS Penalties for a Failure to Pay are significantly lower than the penalties for a Failure to File. Therefore, if funds are in short supply it may be more economical to pay whatever is possible, and file the Form 7004 before the deadline.
Individuals and Non-Profit Organizations can use http://ExpressExtension.com to E-File tax extensions using Form 4868 and Form 8868. This year the deadline to file an individual extension is April 15, 2013.
After E-Filing a Tax Extension through http://ExpressExtension.com the form will be processed by the IRS within minutes. A major benefit of E-Filing with ExpressExtension is the fact that after the IRS has processed the return, the taxpayer will be notified via email that the return has been either accepted or rejected. If the IRS rejects an application for Extension for any reason, the form can be corrected and resubmitted through ExpressExtension until the form is accepted for no additional cost.

IRS Tax Deadline for Businesses

The deadline for most Businesses to File their Tax Returns for the year is March 15th.
Multi Member LLCs, C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, and Estates must file their tax returns by this time.

During this hectic time of year, it can be difficult to prepare all the necessary information for a tax return.  That is why the IRS has provided the IRS Form 7004.  The Form 7004 provides a 5-6 month tax extension to businesses needing additional time to file a tax return.

The IRS does not require a reason to file a tax extension, nor are there any penalties for filing late if an extension is filed.  The important thing to remember though, is that a Tax Extension does not extend the amount of time to pay the tax.  Any taxes due will still be due on the traditional deadline.  A Tax Extension extends the amount of time to file a return with the IRS.  This gives additional time to prepare all the necessary paperwork and make sure that all credits or refunds are maximized and without error.

This can be done through our sister product: ExpressExtension.com  This method includes easy to follow instructions and the Tax Extension form itself is simple to understand because they take the IRS form and break it down into a series of simple questions that are easy to answer. Once the form is complete, it can be submitted electronically to the IRS. Once the IRS has processed the 7004, an email will be sent to you to let you know that the IRS has received and accepted the Tax Extension.

If you have any questions about filing Tax Extensions, you can contact the Tax Extension Experts from their Customer Support Center at 803.514.5155 or send an email to support@ExpressExtension.com. They also offer online chat support during their live support hours from 8am - 6pm EST.
